DSRT BOX S – Storage Box for Camper Vans & Rear Carriers

Anyone travelling in a camper van knows the feeling: with every trip, there seems to be more gear to take along. Tools, camping equipment, wet shoes or items you want to keep within easy reach on the road – but not necessarily inside your camper.

That is exactly what the DSRT BOX S is made for. It creates additional storage space directly at the rear of your vehicle and gives your gear a dedicated place. Compact enough for a flexible setup, yet with enough room for everything you do not want to leave behind on your next trip.

The BOX S measures 66 × 50 × 44 cm (height x width x depth), weighs approx. 14 kg and can carry up to 30 kg. Made from aluminium and finished with a black powder coating, it is designed for permanent outdoor use on your camper. The box is splash-proof and lockable, keeping your equipment protected and securely stored while you travel. Before driving, simply close the box and lock the integrated lock.

Storage that becomes part of your setup.

The BOX S is more than just additional storage. Thanks to the Cargo Panel fitted as standard on the front, the outside of the box becomes part of your modular setup too. It gives you additional mounting options for your gear and helps you make even better use of the available space at the rear of your camper.
And if you want to get even more out of your BOX S, it can grow with your requirements. An optional roof rack, internal shelf or side Cargo Panel allows you to adapt the box to your individual setup. This turns a compact storage box into exactly the solution you need for your gear and your next adventure.

One system. A new setup whenever you need it.

Like our other DSRT modules, the BOX S is fully integrated into our modular rear carrier system. Thanks to the DSRT interchangeable hole pattern, you can position the box flexibly, move it whenever your setup changes or replace it with other DSRT modules. The BOX S is compatible with the DSRT Base Carrier Plate, Flex Carrier 2.0 and Multi-Mount Plate. All three rear carrier systems are E-type approved and do not require additional registration. The BOX S mounted on the carrier is legally classified as cargo.
This means you are never locked into one configuration. Additional storage today, a different combination of box, Bike-Lift or spare wheel carrier tomorrow – your rear setup stays as flexible as your next journey.

Easy self-installation.

The DSRT BOX S is prepared for self-installation on your DSRT rear carrier system. Simply position the box where you want it and bolt it to the rear carrier using the existing hole pattern. All required mounting hardware is included.
The BOX S is secured using six M8×20 TX40 countersunk screws. The bolts are tightened to 25 Nm and should be checked before and after every journey.
